Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital content has been accessed or
downloaded.
Preorders / Bundles with Scheduled Delivery
If you purchased a preorder or bundle that includes scheduled delivery and you have not downloaded or
accessed any of the delivered files, you may request a refund within 7 days of
purchase.
If you have downloaded or accessed any of the delivered files (including starter packs, vault files, or book
files), the sale is final.
Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. Subscription fees already paid are
non-refundable.
