Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of ebooks, audiobooks, and serials, all sales of digital products are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads once the purchase is completed.

Physical Products

If you receive a damaged or defective paperback book, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement copy to be shipped to you.

Subscriptions

Subscription fees for The Founder's Circle are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.
